The Fulton & Bray narrow locking fitch fastener is a sash window fastener with a locking feature, supplied with a key. It draws the meeting rails of a sliding sash window together and can then be locked, adding security to traditional box sash windows in period and conservation properties.
The fastener fixes across the meeting rails of the upper and lower sashes. Once closed it can be locked with the key supplied so the catch cannot be turned back, which helps keep ground floor and accessible sash windows secure while still allowing the window to be opened when required.
