The split door spindle measures 95 x 8mm and joins a pair of lever handles or knobs through the latch or lock. It is made in two halves that spread apart inside the handle, taking up play so the furniture sits firmly, and is a common choice when replacing a spindle on handles that feel loose.
Fit the spindle through the lock follower and into both handles, choosing the 95mm length to suit the door thickness and handle depth. The split design helps reduce rattle between the spindle and the handle once the grub screws are tightened.
